Chia Seeds, Ripe
Chia seeds, despite their small size, are full of important nutrients. They are an excellent source of omega-3 fatty acids, rich in antioxidants and provide fibre, iron and calcium. They help to improve digestion, boost energy and fight infections.
Usage: Add chia seeds to smoothies, desserts, yoghurt, sauces, salads, baking, cereals and much more! Make a home made chia pot or simply add to water with a slice of lemon.
Store in a dry cupboard.
