Coconut, Almond Date Balls

These Coconut Almond Date Balls are SUPER easy to make, gluten-free, vegan, and you can store them in the fridge for up to a week.

Ingredients:

  • 1 Cup Dates, Khalas
  • 1 Cup Almonds, Sunfood
  • 1/2 Cup Raw Coconut Chips
  • 1/2 Tsp Cinnamon
  • 1/4 Tsp Nutmeg
  • 1/2 Tsp Sea Salt
  • 1/2 Tsp Vanilla
  • 1 Tsp Coconut Oil

Preparation:

Add all the ingredients to a blender. Blend for about a minute until the mixture is a soft crumbly texture.  Spoon out the mixture and roll them up into little balls, and let them sit in the fridge or freezer for a bit to harden.
