Ingredients:

  • Small handful Cashew Nuts, Sunfood
  • 5 With stones removed Dates, Khalas
  • 1 Tsp Natural Coconut Butter, Coco Yogo
  • 200ml Purified water
  • 1/2 Tsp Saffron
  • 1 Small Stick Vanilla Stick
  • 1 Tsp Cardamom
  • 1/5 Tsp Cinnamon
  • Pinch Himalayan Salt

Preparation:

Remove the stones from the Dates, and add all ingredients to a blender, then add water based on the consistency you would like and blend together.

Serves:

Makes 1 Jug people
