Acceptance of Orders: All orders submitted through our website are confirmed by e-mail. No order should be deemed to be accepted without this confirmation. All orders are fulfilled subject to these terms and conditions. It might not be possible for us to accept orders for delivery to certain areas; in this case collection must be made from your nearest collection point.

Currency: Prices quoted are in UAE Dirhams and all payments are to be made in UAE Dirhams.

Trading License: Ripe is a fully licensed company trading as Ripe Fresh Trading LLC, a locally company governed under the laws of the UAE. All receipts, invoices and payment details will be made through Ripe Fresh Trading LLC.

Confidentiality: We undertake to exercise all reasonable precautions to keep information supplied to us by customers strictly confidential. We never supply customer’s information to third parties.

Delivery: Prices quoted include delivery to the front door of your house or office. Additional processing fees apply. Deliveries are made according to our delivery schedule or next day delivery, as requested when placing your order. Payments: Payment can be made by Visa or Mastercard over the phone or via www.ripeme.com. Cash payments are only accepted through phone orders, at our Ripe Organic Farm Shop and Ripe Markets.

Website: Ripe Fresh Trading LLC will use all reasonable endeavours to verify the accuracy of any information we place on the website but make no warranties, whether express or implied, in relation to its accuracy. The Ripe website is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without any representation or endorsement made and we make no warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, in relation to Ripe on the website or any transaction that may be conducted on or through the Ripe website including but not limited to, implied warranties of non-infringement, compatibility, security, accuracy, conditions of completeness, or any implied warranty arising from the course of dealing or usage or trade. We make no warranty that the Ripe website will meet your requirements or will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or error-free, that defects will be corrected, or that the site or the server that makes it available is free of viruses or bugs or represents the full functionality, accuracy, reliability of the materials. We will not be responsible or liable to you for any loss of content or material uploaded or transmitted through the Ripe website. You acknowledge that we cannot guarantee and therefore shall not be in any way responsible for the security or privacy of the Ripe website and any information provided to or taken from the Ripe website by you.

Other Conditions: We will not be liable, in contract, tort (including, without limitation, negligence), pre-contract or other representations (other than fraudulent or negligent misrepresentations) or otherwise out of or in connection with the Conditions for: any economic losses (including without limitation loss of revenues, profits, contracts, business or anticipated savings); or any loss of goodwill or reputation; or any special or indirect or consequential losses; In any case whether or not such losses were within the contemplation of the parties at the date of the Conditions, suffered or incurred by that party arising out of or in connection with the provisions of any matter under the Conditions. Nothing in the Conditions shall exclude or limit our liability for death or personal injury resulting from our negligence or that of our servants, agents or employees. By using this website service, you agree to these terms and conditions of website use. Notwithstanding any other provision in the Conditions, nothing herein shall limit your rights as a consumer under UAE law.

Refund policy: If you are unsatisfied with any of our products, please contact the Ripe Team and we will be happy to offer a replacement item. In certain cases, a discount may be offered against your next purchase, which will be credited to your Ripe account balance. Please contact info@ripeme.com with any complaints or queries about the products delivered and we will arrange for one of the above or if required a refund.

Please be aware that due to the perishable nature of our goods we are unable to accept cancellations.
