MARKET MEMBER INFORMATION PACK

Welcome to the Ripe Markets, thank you for taking the time to apply and join our community. We hope this information pack will answer all of your questions leading up to your first market day. Please read this carefully before you send us an email.

RIPE MARKETS

We currently have the following main markets that we run weekly:

  • Time Square Centre: 7th April, 9am-5pm
  • Umm Al Emarat Park: From 20th October 2018, 3pm – 9pm
    *All dates and timings are subject to change*

NEW MEMBERS

If you’re brand new to ripe, the first thing you will need to do is apply online here:

Once you hear back from us in regards to your application, please send through the Ripe Market Booking & Registration Form 2018/19 together with the Ripe Market Credit Card Form 2018/19 to bookings@ripeme.comat your earliest convenience.

REGISTRATION FEE

A one-off registration fee will be applied at the beginning of the market season. The registration fee is to be paid in advance of any booking by credit or debit card, any previous outstanding balance will be settled upon registration. Please request a Registration form from our team, prices are as follows:

  • 300AED; Arts & Craft Members
  • 550AED; All Food Members

*PLEASE NOTE THIS IS NON-REFUNDABLE

HOW TO MAKE A BOOKING

Please email all bookings to bookings@ripeme.com. To ensure your booking is completed, please provide the following information:

  • Name of your Company
  • Name of Market
  • Date of Market
  • Type of Table
  • Your name and mobile number

If you do not send this information, we will not be able to process your booking.

Package Costs 

Single Market Participation Packages* – Arts & Crafts and Food Retail

  • 275AED – Seed; 1 x table (1.5m wide) [not applicable for Food Retail]
  • 350AED – Blossom; 1 x table (1.5m wide) and ½ 3mx3m tent (shared)
  • 570AED – Harvest; 2 x tables (1.5m wide each) and 1 x tent (3mx3m)

NB: Food Retail (Blossom/ Harvest) include 2 x 13/16amp sockets per market.

Single Market Participation Packages* – Live Cooking & Food Truck

  • 800AED – Live cooking; 2 x tables (1.5m wide each), 1 x tent (3mx3m) and 4 x power sockets included (13/16amp)
  • 950 AED – Food truck/ mobile kitchen; location & power sockets included (1 or 3 phase/ 4 x 16/32/64amp sockets)

Weekend Market Participation Packages** – Arts & Crafts and Food Retail

  • 500AED – Seed; 1 x table (1.5m wide) [not applicable for Food Retail]
  • 650AED – Blossom; 1 x table (1.5m wide) and ½ 3mx3m tent (shared)
  • 1100AED – Harvest; 2 x tables (1.5m wide each) and 1 x tent (3m x 3m)

NB: Food Retail (Blossom/ Harvest) include 2 x 13/16amp sockets per market

Weekend Market Participation Packages** – Live Cooking & Food Truck

  • 1500AED – Live cooking; 2 x tables (1.5m wide each), 1 x tent (3mx3m) and 4 x power sockets included (13/16amp)
  • 1800AED – Food truck/ mobile kitchen; location & power sockets included (1 or 3 phase/ 4 x 16/32/64amp sockets)

NB: Additional power charges are 79aed (13/16amp socket) if required per market.

Note:
Weekend Market Participation Packages do not apply until the Dubai location bookings are live
We will not confirm any bookings until pages 2, 3, 4 and 5 of the Ripe Market Booking & Registration Form 2018/19  has been submitted.
