Our Organic Broccoli is rich in essential vitamins and minerals, in addition to fiber. It has a grassy, earthy flavor that is mildly bitter.
Store broccoli wrapped in a fridge and it will keep for a minimum of three days. Use it as fresh as possible. It is also suitable for home freezing.
Broccoli can be enjoyed both raw and cooked. Make sure to cut off the end of the stem and peel outer layers. Steam, boil, pan-fry or microwave tops and stems for about 3 to 6 minutes until its tender and crisp. Serve as a vegetable, in stir-fries, salads, crepes, casseroles, soups, omelettes or with dips.
