Chia Seeds, Ripe
Chia seeds, despite their small size, are full of important nutrients. They are an excellent source of omega-3 fatty acids, rich in antioxidants and provide fibre, iron and calcium. They help to improve digestion, boost energy and fight infections.
Add chia seeds to smoothies, desserts, yoghurt, sauces, salads, baking, cereals and much more! Make a home made chia pot or simply add to water with a slice of lemon.
