This great oil produced from the family’s groves is a blend of Ogliarola Barese (70%) and Coratina (30%), olives known to be rich and fruity

it expresses all its personality on simple grilled bread, but it is also ideal served raw with meat, soups made from pulses, wheat, meat carpaccio, and hearty pasta and rice dishes
