Matcha originated in Japan and is made from high quality green tea leaves ground to a fine powder. Add 1/2 a teaspoon to boiling water and stir until dissolved to make a tea. For a delicious Matcha latte, just mix 1/2 teaspoon with milk. Matcha can also be used in baking, ice cream and fresh juices.
