White Quinoa, Ripe

White Quinoa is naturally gluten-free and contains iron. Also, consists vitamin B, magnesium, phosphorus, potassium, calcium, vitamin E and fibre. Hence, considered as one of a few plant foods that are complete in protein, containing all nine essential amino acids.





Store in a dry cupboard.


Use as an alternative to rice, in salads, bread, baking, porridge or cookies.  To cook, boil with 2 parts water, 1 part quinoa. Place over a low heat, stir occasionally and simmer until all water has absorbed.
