Banana and Date Smoothie

Ingredients:

  • 2 medium Organic Banana
  • 1/2 juiced Organic Lemon
  • 4 Ice cubes
  • Dash of Sea salt

Preparation:

  1. Combine all ingredients in a blender and puree on high until smooth, for about one minute.
  2. Serve with a sprinkle of cinnamon and salt.
  3. Best if served immediately.

Recipe Note

If time allows, soak the chia seeds in 4 teaspoons of water for an hour. The chia seeds will turn into gel, making them easier to blend.
