Banana Date & Chia Smoothie
Ingredients
2 medium frozen bananas
¼ cup pitted dates
2 cups almond milk
2 tsp Chia Seeds soaked
½ tsp ground Cardamom (optional)
1 tbsp Cacao Powder
Pinch ground cinnamon
Preparation
Place all the ingredients in a blender and blend on high speed until smooth for about 1 minute. Divide between 2 cups and serve with a sprinkle of cinnamon. Best if served immediately.
