- 350g Organic Beetroot
- 1 cup ROOTZ ORGANIC ALMOND 200G
- 1 cup RIPE ORGANIC CACAO POWDER 200G
- 1/3 cup RIPE LOCAL SIDR HONEY
- 1/4 cup RIPE ORGANIC COCONUT OIL 300ML
- 1/4 cup RIPE ORGANIC COCONUT FLOUR 350G
- 2 tbsp RIPE ORGANIC CACAO NIBS 200G
- 2 tbsp RIPE ORGANIC CHIA SEEDS 200G
- 1 cup Hazelnuts
- 1 tsp. 100% vanilla extract

Line a cake tin and place all the cake ingredients into a high-power blender or food processor and whiz until smooth. Transfer the mixture into the prepared tin or molds and place into the freezer for an hour.
