Blueberry Chia Seed Jam

Ingredients:

  • 3 cups Blueberries
  • 3 tbsp Chia Seeds, Ripe
  • 4 tbsp Coconut Syrup, Ripe
  • 3 tbsp Warm water
  • 1 tbsp Vanilla extract

Preparation:

  1. Place all ingredients into a blender and blend until the consistency you desire is reached.
  2. Less blending will give you a more jam-like texture.
  3. More blending will give you more jelly-like texture.
  4. Transfer to a jar and allow to set in the refrigerator, at least 1 hour.

This can be kept in the refrigerator for about 1 week.
