Blueberry Chia Seed Jam
- 3 cups Blueberries
- 3 tbsp Chia Seeds, Ripe
- 4 tbsp Coconut Syrup, Ripe
- 3 tbsp Warm water
- 1 tbsp Vanilla extract
- Place all ingredients into a blender and blend until the consistency you desire is reached.
- Less blending will give you a more jam-like texture.
- More blending will give you more jelly-like texture.
- Transfer to a jar and allow to set in the refrigerator, at least 1 hour.
This can be kept in the refrigerator for about 1 week.
