Broccoli and Cauliflower Gratin

Ingredients:

  • 400g cut into small florets Cauliflower
  • 400g cut into small florets Broccoli
  • 400g peeled thinly sliced Potato

Preparation:

Preheat oven 180?C. Grease baking dish. Bring a saucepan of water to boil. Cook cauliflower and broccoli for 8 mins. Drain and transfer to a bowl. Roughly mash with a fork. Layer _ potato over base of dish. Top with 1/3 cauliflower mixture and onion. Repeat layers, finishing with potato. Combine milk, cream and garlic in a jug. Season. Pour milk mix over potato. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake for 45 to 50 mins or until potato is tender and cheese golden. Stand for 5 minutes.
