Cacao Chia Seed Pudding

Ingredients:

  • 1 pc Organic Banana
  • 4 pcs RIPE ORGANIC KHALAS DATES 500g

Preparation:

  1. Blend together the coconut milk, almond milk, banana, dates and cacao in either a food processor or a blender. You can then either stir the chia seeds through so they stay whole, or if you prefer your pudding to be a little smoother, throw the chia seeds into the blender too.
  2. Pour into a jar and leave in the fridge to set. I left mine to set overnight and it turned out perfect. If you are making this as a desert, prepare it in the morning.
