Chargrilled Sweetcorn and Avo Salad
Quick and easy !
- 2 Organic Sweetcorn
- 2 chopped Organic Avocado
Preparation:Heat a chargrill pan. Spray corn with olive oil. Cook on chargrill, turning often until golden. Stand cob on one end and slice downwards to remove kernels. Mix lime juice, extra virgin olive oil, salt and pepper until well combined. Divide the snow pea sprouts, avocado and warm corn kernels among serving dishes. Drizzle with the dressing and scatter the feta to serve.
