Date & Banana Chia Seed Pudding

A delicious breakfast pudding


  • 4 Banana
  • 1 1/2 cup Almond Drink, Rude Health
  • 1 cup. crushed Almonds, Sunfood
  • 10. finely chopped Dates, Khalas
  • 1 can Coconut Milk, Biona


In a mixing bowl, add the chia seeds, almond milk and coconut milk and stir together. Add the chopped dates, banana and almonds and combine. Cover and place the mixture in the fridge for four hours or overnight to thicken. Serve with freshly chopped banana, a drizzle of local honey and crushed almonds.
