- 3 cups Rolled Oats, Bob's Red Mill
- /4 cup Local Honey 500g, Ripe
- /4 cup Bee Pollen, Sunfood
- cup local. chopped Dates, Khalas
Preparation:Preheat the oven to 175C and line a baking tray with greaseproof paper. In a large bowl combine the oats, almonds, salt and cinnamon. Mix in the sesame oil and local honey and combine everything. Spread this mixture evenly onto the baking tray, and bake in the oven for 30 minutes, giving it a stir halfway through. Add the berry adventure and bake for another 5 minutes. Remove from the oven and leave to cool. Add the bee pollen and dates and mix together.
