Preparation:Fattoush Dressing: 2 small lemons, juiced 1/2 cup of extra-virgin olive oil 2 generous tablespoons of sumac, 2 cloves of garlic mashed in a dash of salt Method: Prepare all the salad ingredients and mix the dressing.
