Honey Pak Choy
Simple Supper or a great little side dish !

Preparation:
Heat olive oil in a large wok over a high heat. Swirl olive oil in the pan to coat. Add pak choy. Stir-fry for 2 minutes or until just wilted. Add garlic, honey and soy sauce to the pak choy. Stir-fry for 2 to 3 minutes or until pak choy is just tender. Remove from heat. Toss through sesame oil. Season to taste and serve.Serves:
