Spinach Egg Bake

Delicious breakfast, lunch or dinner!

Ingredients:

  • 2 bunches Spinach
  • 6 Organic Eggs, Ripe 6pc Box
  • 1 bunch Spring Onion
  • 1 ball Mozarella
  • Salt and Pepper to taste

Preparation:

Sautee the spinach and spring onions for a few minutes before adding to a baking dish. Whisk the eggs and pour over the spinach.

Take the grated cheese and mix into the egg mixture. Bake for approximately 30 minutes until set and golden brown.
