Super Greens and Radish Salad
Ingredients:
- 140g Organic Rocket, Local (Arugula)
- 140g Organic Kale, Curly
Preparation:
Heat a small frying pan over a medium heat. Cook the walnuts for 2-3 minutes or until toasted. Set aside to cool. Whisk the oil, vinegar and sugar in a small jug until well combined. Place radish in a large serving bowl. Add the walnuts and salad mix to the radish. Add the dressing to the salad and toss to combine. Serve.Serves:
