Thai Sesame Edamame

Why snack on unhealthy when we have a healthy addiction for you. Snack on Guilt-free, Satisfying, edamame which is a nutrient-dense that you can feel good about.


  • 1 tablespoon Brown Rice Vinegar, Clearspring
  • 2 tablespoons Coconut Sugar, Ripe
  • 1 tablespoon Brown Rice Vinegar, Clearspring
  • 1/2 teaspoon Black Ground Pepper, Steenbergs
  • 4 cups Edamame Pods
  • 1/2 teaspoon Kosher salt
  • 1 teaspoon toasted Sesame seeds


Bring 3 tablespoons water to a boil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add edamame, cover and cook 2 minutes. Add brown sugar, oil, vinegar, salt, and pepper to pan. Cook, uncovered, 2 to 3 minutes or until liquid evaporates and pods are coated. Place edamame mixture in a bowl; sprinkle with sesame seeds.
