Thai Sesame Edamame
Why snack on unhealthy when we have a healthy addiction for you. Snack on Guilt-free, Satisfying, edamame which is a nutrient-dense that you can feel good about.
Ingredients:
- 1 tablespoon Brown Rice Vinegar, Clearspring
- 1 tablespoon Brown Rice Vinegar, Clearspring
- 4 cups Edamame Pods
- 1/2 teaspoon Kosher salt
- 1 teaspoon toasted Sesame seeds
Preparation:
Bring 3 tablespoons water to a boil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add edamame, cover and cook 2 minutes. Add brown sugar, oil, vinegar, salt, and pepper to pan. Cook, uncovered, 2 to 3 minutes or until liquid evaporates and pods are coated. Place edamame mixture in a bowl; sprinkle with sesame seeds.
