Tomato And Mozzarella Salad
Fresh And healthy salad.
- 1 Punnet Organic Tomato, Cherry
- 1 ball torn into chunks Ball Mozzarella
- To taste Salt and Pepper
- Chopped Basil Leaves
Add the halved cherry tomatoes to a bowl and throw over the torn mozzarella. Add the olive oil, salt and pepper to taste and chopped basil leaves and gently mix the ingredients. Leave to stand for 30 mins to let the flavours infuse and then serve.
