Tomato and Ricotta Tart

Ingredients:
- 5 (remove skin) Organic Tomato Plum
Preparation:
Dough: Mix flour and butter together then add water. Topping: Mix all the topping ingredients together except the ricotta Spread the dough between 2 pieces of baking parchment and bake for 5 mins at 180 oC. Once the dough has cooled add the ricotta on top Add the topping ingredients Bake for a further 30-35 mins Decorate with fresh basil!Serves:
