Vegetarian Stir Fry


  • 1/4 cup Shoyu Soy Sauce, Clearspring
  • 1/4 cup Brown Rice Vinegar, Clearspring
  • 1 pc, deseeded and sliced Chilli, Red
  • 1 tbsp Local Honey 500g, Ripe
  • 1 pc, deseeded and sliced Capsicum, Green
  • 1 pc, deseeded and sliced Capsicum, Red
  • 2, grated Carrot
  • 1 small, diced Onion, Yellow
  • 120g Soba Noodles
  • 3 tbsp Sesame Oil


Bring a large pot of water to boil, and cook noodles according to package directions. While waiting on the water to boil, in a bowl stir together soy sauce, vinegar, chili, and honey, set aside. Heat a large wok or skillet with sesame oil over medium heat. Once the pan is hot add onions and cook until transparent, then add in carrots and capsicum. Remove vegetables from heat and stir in drained noodles and sauce. Enjoy hot or cold!
