Organic Onion, White
Out of stock
Onions contain fiber and folic acid, a B vitamin that helps the body make healthy new cells. Onions are healthy whether they’re raw or cooked
Store onions in the fridge, avoiding dampness, or in a cool dark larder.
With the mildest flavour, onions can be eaten fresh or dried, raw or cooked, as a vegetable, as an ingredient in other dishes or as a seasoning. Trim the root end and remove the dry papery outer skin before using it raw in salads, cold soups, sandwiches or as a garnish. Pan-fry sliced or diced and serve with meat or fish; add to sauces, crepes, casseroles, omelettes and tarts.
