Grilled Lemon & Garlic Zucchini
Tasty grilled organic zucchini
- 2 Zucchini, Green
- 2 tbsp Herb, Parsley
- 1 Lemon
- 3 cloves Garlic
- 2 tbsp Coconut Oil, Lucy Bee
In a small bowl, mix the coconut oil, garlic, salt and pepper, parsley and lemon juice. Brush zucchini slices with the mixture.
Heat a grill pan over medium high heat. Add zucchini in a single layer and grill until charred on both sides and just beginning to soften, about 2 minutes per side. Serve Immediately.
