Guacamole

Creamy avocado dip

Ingredients:

• 2 Organic Avocado
• tbsp Organic Limes
• /2 bunch Organic Herb, Coriander
• /2 red onion Organic Onion, Red
• Organic Tomato, Beef
• Organic Chilli, Red

Preparation:

Cut the avocados in half and scoop out the insides into a bowl and roughly mash with a fork. Add the lime juice and salt and pepper and mix. Finely chop the onion and chili, tomato and coriander and mix into the avocado. Serve immediately.
