Honey Mustard Glazed Carrots
Sweet and zingy glazed carrots
- 3 bunches Carrots
- 2 tbsps Local Flower Honey, Ripe
- 2 tbsps Coconut Oil, Ripe
- 1 tbsp Mustard Dijon, Biona
- 1 clove Garlic
- 1 bunch Herb, Rosemary
Preheat your over to 250 degrees c. Cut the carrots in half, lengthways and place them in a large mixing bowl.
In a separate bowl, mix coconut oil, garlic, rosemary, mustard, honey, salt and pepper. Pour over the carrots and then place in a single layer on a baking tray.
Place in the oven and bake for 20-25 minutes, turning once or twice, until the carrots are tender and have taken a nice golden colour.
