Pepper and Goats Cheese Salad

Slightly grill your peppers in the oven, allow them to cool and then peel the skin, saving the inside juice. Mix together the goat cheese, the olive oil and the cream with a pinch of salt to taste. Mix separately the peppers with the excess pepper juice, garlic, olive oil and vinegar. Place the peppers and the goat cheese in separate layers in a dish and keep refrigerated for 2 hours. Before serving add a basil leave.
