Sea Salt Chocolate Covered Clementines

A super easy and healthy treat that’s perfect for parties and celebrations!

Ingredients:

  • 1/2kg Clementine
  • 200g Dark Chocolate
  • 1tbsp Sea Salt

Preparation:

  1. Line a baking tray with greaseproof paper. Peel the oranges and remove any extra pith.
  2. Melt the chocolate in a heat-proof bowl over a pot of boiled water.
  3. Carefully dip each orange slice into the chocolate until it comes up half way. Gently place on the baking tray.
  4. Sprinkle with sea salt and place in the fridge to set for at least 15 minutes.

Serves:

2 - 4 people
