Preparation:_2 cups organic dates, pitted _1.5 cups organic raw walnuts _1/2 cup + 1/2 cup organic non-sweetened coconut (for rolling in) _3 tsp organic vanilla _1/2 cup organic raisins _4 tablespoons water _2 tbs raw cocoa powder Put all ingredients in food processor and pulse until smooth. Roll into balls and roll in coconut flakes. Enjoy!
