  • 1 Juiced Organic Lemon
  • 1/2 Organic Peas, Fresh
  • 1 finely Chopped Small Organic Onion, Red
  • 75g Organic Pomegranate
  • 1/3 Chopped Flat leaf Organic Herb, Parsley
  • 2 tbs Chopped Organic Herb, Mint
  • 4 Cups Chicken Bone Broth


Place the couscous in a large mixing bowl. Stir in hot bone broth, oil, and lemon juice and set aside for 10 minutes or until the couscous is fluffy. Toss through the remaining items and serve.
