Lemongrass Chicken


  • 2 halved and sliced lengthways Organic Onion, Red


Combine chicken, onion, lemongrass, garlic, fish sauce, soy sauce, lime juice and brown sugar in a large bowl. Place in the fridge for 1 hour. Heat a wok over high heat. Remove chicken from the marinade, reserving the marinade. Add chicken to the wok and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes or until chicken is cooked and beginning to caramelise. Pour the marinade into the wok and bring to the boil until marinade is reduced by half. Pour over the chicken.
