Mint Basil Pesto

Ingredients:

• handful Organic Herb, Mint
• 1/2, juice and zest Organic Lemon
• 1/2 of clove Organic Garlic

Preparation:

Toast the pine nuts on a pan, then put all the ingredients in a mixer and blend.  Add more or less olive oil depending on the texture you would like, and you are ready to serve.  Bon appétit!
