Pumpkin and Ham Pizza
A fast and healthy option of a food we all love !
- 100g Organic Spinach
Preparation:Preheat oven to 220?C. Heat oil in large frying pan over high heat. Add half the pumpkin & cook, turning occasionally until golden brown and almost tender. Transfer to a plate and repeat with remaining half. Place pita bread on large oven tray. Spread each base with the passata then sprinkle mozzarella. Top with alternating layers of spinach and pumpkin. Cut prosciutto into thirds. Roll each piece and place on pizzas. Sprinkle with goat's cheese and rosemary. Bake for 12- 15 mins or until cheese melts and pizzas are golden.
