Spinach Parmesan Zucchini Noodles


  • 3 Medium Organic Zucchini, Green
  • 2 Cloves Organic Garlic
  • 2 Cups Organic Spinach, Baby 100g
  • 2 Tbsp Butter
  • 1/4 Cup Parmesan Cheese
  • To taste Salt and Black Pepper


  1. Spiralize or thinly slice the zucchini and set aside.
  2. Place a large frying pan over a medium-high heat.
  3. Melt the butter and add the garlic, cook for 1-2 minutes.
  4. Add in the zucchini noodles and spinach.
  5. Gently toss and cook until spinach leaves are wilted about 2-3 minutes.
  6. Stir in 1/4 cup of the Parmesan cheese.
  7. Season with salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste.

Remove from heat and serve.
