Cacao Chia Seed Pudding
- 1 cup Coconut Milk, Antonio Martins
- 1 pc Banana
- 4 pcs Dates, Khalas
- 1/4 cup Chia Seeds, Sunfood
- Blend together the coconut milk, almond milk, banana, dates and cacao in either a food processor or a blender. You can then either stir the chia seeds through so they stay whole, or if you prefer your pudding to be a little smoother, throw the chia seeds into the blender too.
- Pour into a jar and leave in the fridge to set. I left mine to set overnight and it turned out perfect. If you are making this as a desert, prepare it in the morning.
