Chia, Apple and Cinnamon Bircher
Ingredients:
- 2, grated Organic Apple Granny Smith
- 3 tbsp Organic Lemon
- 1 tbsp Sultanas
- 1 tsp Cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp Vanilla Powder
Preparation:
- Add the almond milk to a glass jar, stir in the chia seeds.
- Add the grated apple, lemon juice, sultanas, cinnamon and vanilla powder.
- Mix well and leave in the fridge over night.
- Place into 2 bowls, top with walnuts and extra cinnamon.
