Chia, Apple and Cinnamon Bircher


  • 2, grated Organic Apple Granny Smith
  • 3 tbsp Organic Lemon
  • 1 tbsp Sultanas
  • 1 tsp Cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp Vanilla Powder


  1. Add the almond milk to a glass jar, stir in the chia seeds.
  2. Add the grated apple, lemon juice, sultanas, cinnamon and vanilla powder.
  3. Mix well and leave in the fridge over night.
  4. Place into 2 bowls, top with walnuts and extra cinnamon.
