- 2 finely shredded Apple, Gala
- 1 cup Heirloom Pumpkin Seeds, Sunfood
- 2 tbsp Local Honey 500g, Ripe
- 1 bunch stemmed. shredded Kale, Curly
- 6 shredded Carrot
Preparation:Combine the shredded kale and carrots in a large mixing bowl. Stir together tahini, honey and lemon juice in a small bowl, add water a little by little and stir until desired consistency. Pour the dressing over the kale slaw and combine. Use your hands to massage the leaves, making sure everything is coated. Top with shredded apple and heirloom pumpkin seeds.
