Quinoa, Kale, Tomato Salad

A delicious superfood salad


  • 1 cup Organic Flour Quinoa
  • 2 cups Kale, Curly
  • 1 cup Tomato, Cherry
  • 1 Sweetcorn (Tinned), Biona
  • 1 bunch Spring Onion
  • 1 clove Garlic
  • 1 Lemon
  • 2 tbsps Organic Rapeseed Oil, Bio Planete


Add the cooked quinoa and chopped kale, spring onions and sweetcorn to a mixing bowl. Halve the cherry tomatoes and add to the bowl. Combine the oil, lemon (zest and juice) and crushed garlic and mix into the bowl. Serve with Burrata or Mozzarella.
