Quinoa, Kale, Tomato Salad

A delicious superfood salad


  • 2 cups Organic Kale, Curly
  • 1 cup Organic Tomato, Cherry
  • 1 bunch Organic Spring Onion
  • 1 clove Organic Garlic
  • 1 Organic Lemon


Add the cooked quinoa and chopped kale, spring onions and sweetcorn to a mixing bowl. Halve the cherry tomatoes and add to the bowl. Combine the oil, lemon (zest and juice) and crushed garlic and mix into the bowl. Serve with Burrata or Mozzarella.
